You can download and use the Standard Version of Foto-Mosaik-Edda for free, and there are no restrictions on the pictures that you  create.  The Standard Version offers all basic functions necessary to need to easily create a photo mosaic picture.

Windows

For Windows, there are two free versions available to download:

• Installer Version: Program with Installer, which comfortably installs the program on your hard drive.  If you no longer need the program, you can easily remove it with the included Deinstaller.
• Portable Version: ZIP-Archive, which you can unzip on your portable device, for example a USB stick, without installation.  This way, you always have Foto-Mosaik-Edda available and can use it on any number of computers without installation.  The program data, like the photo database, stay on the device, and nothing will be changed on the computer.

Mac OS X

For Mac OS X there is an archive prepared which you can download for free. Please follow the installation details .

Linux

For Linux there is an archive prepared which you can download for free. The program needs the Mono Framework to operate.
